lives of those we serve each and every day. We are looking for a Maintenance
Tech to join our team. As a tech you will make a unique and valuable
contribution to our community by ensuring that our building appliances and
infrastructure are functioning at peak of efficiency.
Full-time position
responsible for maintaining all facets of physical plant and grounds in
accordance with health and safety requirements at the various HCS facilities,
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Alert to and take action to avoid any physical condition that
may be a hazard to the health and safety of residents, clients or staff.
·
Service and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical
equipment.
·
Perform maintenance tasks on a regular basis at the assigned
facilities.
·
Ability to troubleshoot and repair household appliances, and
other duties as assigned.
·
Perform other related tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Qualifications:
·
High School diploma or equivalent. Trade school training and
HVAC certification preferred.
·
Own tools common to the trades.
·
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
