Family Service / Parent Engagement Coordinator- El Valor

The Coordinator will provide direct, holistic family services to ensure adherence to the licensing and state standards for all children and families, including monitoring the data management system for health services, and family engagement through a relationship building and a case management approach. Autism Support Professional- El Valor
JOB SUMMARY
The ASP will ensure adults with autism spectrum disorders within the Organization’s residential or day program services receive continuous active treatment and structured behavior management in accordance with their Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Under the general guidance of the Education Manager, the Education Coach (EC) is responsible for working collaboratively with education staff and the Disabilities Specialist following Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) procedures to support the school readiness goals of children enrolled in the program.
