Autism Support Professional- El Valor

 JOB SUMMARY

The ASP will ensure adults with autism spectrum disorders within the Organization’s residential or day program services receive continuous active treatment and structured behavior management in accordance with their Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Additionally, the ASP will assure the well-being of program participants through assisting towards achieving personal goals, assuring the environments are clean and free from safety hazards, redirecting maladaptive behaviors and documenting any incidents that may arise.
