Job
summary
The Family Service Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive support to families. Family Service Workers will recruit and enroll families into the program, support parents in setting and achieving goals, as well as connecting them to resources to meet family needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate family information regarding health, disabilities, family partnerships, and referrals in Child Plus, the program’s data system.
Qualifications
and Requirements
Associate’s
degree in human services, family services, social services and/or family
services credential required;
Bachelors’
degree in human services, family services, social services and/or family
services credential preferred.
Computer
skills required.
Fluent
verbal and written English and Spanish communication preferred.
Knowledge
of Head Start preferred.
