The PT Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily functions of the office, including the reception desk and guest area, office supply ordering, clerical support for staff members, and assisting in the supervising of part-time office personnel. The overall goal is the smooth running of the Alumni Association. The Office Coordinator is under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.
