- Assistant manager experience (at least 2 years and up)

Essential Duties:
- Measure customer satisfaction levels through feedback and resolve any issues immediately
- Manage a team to ensure continuous client and customer satisfaction and employee retention
- Develop career paths including training schedules and timeframes
- Work with chef to maintain 100% compliance with new menu and promo rollouts from chef’s committee
- Work alongside chef to stay ahead of industry trends and bring creative inspiration to the café by utilizing outside resources such as social media and industry publications
- Act as the liaison with the client to ensure expectations are met
- Manage and maintain all SOP and HACCP standards
- Financial expertise and accountability in managing Food, Labor and Direct costs against budgets and forecasts
- Other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Food Service Management preferred
- Must have Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
