ASSISTANT TEACHER
Children's Learning Place is an Early Learning Academy, working with children from 6 weeks old to 6 years old and we are looking for individuals who love working with kids! The ideal candidate must be patient, kind, positive, and a team player. Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma/ GED and experience working with children. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 11:30am-6:30pm (temporary hours of 12pm-6pm are currently in effect)

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
• Help ensure a safe and loving environment for the children
• Maintain communication to the Director, Teacher, and the Parent.
• Assist in daily activities, including setting up the classroom, conducting activities, and cleaning and sanitizing toys and equipment
• Assist in preparation, serving and clean up for breakfast, lunch and snack
• Assist with all field trips
• CPR/FIRST AID certified (not required at time of hire)
• Must participate in 15 hours of in-service training or off site training per calendar year
