Responsibilities:
- A lead teacher is responsible for curriculum planning and classroom management.
- Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Communicate with parents on children's' growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 60 College Credit Hours with minimum of 6 semester hours in Child Development or ECE (Lead Teacher position)
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Curriculum development experience
- Classroom management
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children and parents
- Creativity
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma minimum education level - (Assistant teacher Position)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
