ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ensure the safety of all children within each home;
• Coordinate and handle an estimated case load of 8 at any given time, and provide
coverage on additional cases, as needed;
• Coordinate initial intake for each child;
• Actively participate in ORR staffing sessions, internal staffing, training and
organizational meetings, and Treatment Team meetings;
• Initiate and complete ORR-mandated procedures for vetting potential sponsors;
• Confirm that each child has an initial medical evaluation within 48 hours of arrival and
coordinate with nurse health interventions;
• Coordinate and assist the clinician in all required assessment procedures;
• Manage reunification process for each child;
• Keep information updated in UC portal;
• Coordinate the discharge and release of child to their sponsor;
• Respond to client emergencies within or outside work hours;
• Actively participate in ORR staffing sessions, internal staffing, training and
organizational meetings, and Treatment Team meetings;
• Fulfill ORR-mandated file requests;
• Participate in Maryville File Utilization Review and eVOLV system;
• Contribute to safety of children in the shelter as part of the larger Maryville team;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant behavioral/social sciences field;
• 2-4 years progressive experience in case management.
Skills /Knowledge:
• Bilingual English/Spanish language competency required;
